Jason Krauskopf
President
Jason Krauskopf is the President of Essex Brownell, where he leads the strategic direction, vision, and long-term growth of the distribution business. His leadership is shaped by nearly three decades with the company, giving him a deep understanding of the markets, customers, and operational strengths that drive Essex Brownell forward.
Jason joined the organization in 1995 and has held roles across product management, marketing, product development, and sales. This broad experience has allowed him to build a strong, cross-functional perspective on how to serve customers, support employees, and position the business for continued success.
In his current role, Jason focuses on building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. He is known for setting clear strategic priorities while empowering teams to solve problems, pursue new opportunities, and deliver exceptional service. Under his leadership, Essex Brownell continues to invest in operational improvements, expanded capabilities, and a customer-first mindset across all locations.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. He brings together industry expertise, strategic vision, and a genuine commitment to the people who make Essex Brownell successful.
Gary Ruppert
Vice President, Sales
Gary Ruppert is the Director of Sales for Essex Brownell, leading the national sales team and supporting growth across key markets. He brings extensive experience in sales management and business development, with a strong focus on customer relationships and strategic execution. Since joining Essex Brownell, Gary has helped strengthen alignment between sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a consistent, high-value experience for customers.
Gary aims to lead the sales organization with a collaborative approach and a commitment to long-term customer success.
Greg Hagen
Vice President, Product Strategy
As Vice President of Product Strategy, Greg Hagen oversees market strategy, supplier management, marketing, and strategic pricing, helping guide the organization’s growth and long-term direction. He joined Essex Brownell in 2006 and has held several key roles, including Product Line Manager, Senior Pricing Manager, Support Manager, and Director of Marketing.
Greg has consistently led initiatives that improved profitability, strengthened efficiencies, and supported sustainable growth across the business. Before joining Essex Brownell, he worked in information technology, developing applications for the insurance and medical industries.
Kristy Conrad
Director, Finance
Kristy Conrad is the Director of Finance for Essex Brownell, where she oversees the company’s financial operations and helps ensure long-term stability. She also leads the Essex Active Fabrication Costing team, supporting accurate costing and strong decision-making across the business.
In her role, Kristy has driven collaborative, cross-department efforts that strengthen financial performance and support bottom-line improvement. She joined Essex Brownell with ten years of experience as a controller and holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting.
Rebecca Hunnicutt
Vice President, Operations
Rebecca Hunnicutt is the Vice President of Operations at Essex Brownell, overseeing a network of 12 warehouses across North America and leading the teams that keep our operations running smoothly. She stepped into this role in April 2022 after serving as Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service, where she launched initiatives that continue to strengthen our customer experience.
Rebecca joined Essex Brownell in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of manufacturing experience. She continues to guide our operations with a focus on efficiency, service, and continuous improvement.
Lynn McCullough is the Vice President of Sales for Essex Brownell. It is a role that she was promoted to in November 2022. Prior to this position, McCullough first joined the company as the National Sales Manager for the PureNet communications product line in North America. McCullough has over two decades of industry experience in sales and business development roles where she specialized in both manufacturing and distribution sales. She was an owner-operator of Coastal Product Group before joining the Essex Brownell team. McCullough earned her Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Brockport.
